The Fine Arts, Photography, and Cultural Society (FPCS) of Shyam Lal College represents a vibrant blend of exceptional talent and artistic minds. With proficiency in fine arts and photography, our students have consistently achieved remarkable success in district, state, and national competitions, bringing immense pride to SLC. Notably, our esteemed founder, Surbhi Kaushik, has been instrumental in guiding us through her workshops and photography skills, imparting invaluable knowledge and inspiring countless followers. In addition to our external engagements, FPCS regularly organizes exhibitions, seminars, and workshops led by accomplished photographers and artists. This year, we proudly hosted Rangreet 23 - the East Delhi Art Fair in collaboration with Lalit Kala Akademi. This perennial event attracted artists from far and wide, fostering a captivating atmosphere of artistic growth and expression. Furthermore, our college campus showcases mesmerizing wall art, depicting the serene beauty of childhood. Crafted by talented artists from our society, these vibrant creations evoke powerful emotions and serve as a testament to their skill. Recently, one of our illustrious alumni from FPCS gifted a mesmerizing portrait to our respected Education Minister, which is a testament of the sheer brilliance housed within our society.
