SLC North East Cell is a vibrant space for all students from the North Eastern states where they find it a home for exchanging and sharing the rich ethnic and cultural plurality of the region. Students also share their academic and co-curricular progress in diverse fields and avail friendly interaction and guidance from the faculty members from the region. This forum provides a platform to the North East students (also including students from Leh-Ladakh & other UTs) to showcase their linguistic and cultural diversity through frequent get-togethers, cultural programmes including food and fashion shows. The NE Cell also curates an annual cultural extravaganza that showcases students' talent in co-curricular fields and encourages them with the spirit of inclusion and equality achieved through recognition of honours and achievements in the fields of Sports/Physical Education, Dance, Music, Food & Fashion.
